At Vapora, we aim to deliver your vape products quickly, safely, and at the best value possible. Below you’ll find details of our UK and international delivery services.
UK Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery options at checkout may include:
Royal Mail 24 (Tracked / Untracked)
Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed by 1pm)
Courier services for larger orders
Orders over £30 qualify for Free Standard Delivery (excluding wholesale).
Tracking details are provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
International Delivery
We ship to most countries in Europe and selected international destinations.
Delivery times vary depending on location but can take up to 25 working days.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or restrictions, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Vapora is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
Orders sent to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded once dispatched.
If your parcel is returned to us because of incorrect or incomplete details, re-delivery charges will apply.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within stated timescales, delays may occasionally occur due to postal service issues, strikes, or customs checks.
Vapora is not responsible for delays beyond our control but we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
Missing or Damaged Orders
If your order is missing, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 working days of the expected delivery date.
Damaged or missing items will be replaced or refunded once confirmed.
