At Vapora, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, this Returns Policy explains your rights and our procedures.

Eligibility for Returns

• You may return unopened, unused, and sealed products within 14 days of receiving your order.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
  • Opened or used e-liquids
  • Opened vape kits, tanks, coils, or pods
  • Disposable vapes once packaging is broken
• Faulty or damaged products are eligible for return or replacement.

How to Return an Item

• Please contact us at contact@vapora.co.uk before sending any item back.
• Once authorised, return the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if applicable).
• Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued once returned products have been inspected.
• If the product is deemed resalable, a full refund (excluding original delivery costs) will be processed.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
• If products are returned damaged, incomplete, or not in resalable condition, a partial refund may be applied.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos (if possible).
• We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund, including return postage costs.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened e-liquids and shortfills
• Used tanks, coils, or pods
• Disposable vapes with opened packaging
• Clearance or sale items marked as “non-returnable”
