Orders
All orders must be placed via our Site. Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by us. Order acceptance takes place when your payment is successfully processed, after which we will send you a confirmation email. By placing an order on Vapora.co.uk, you confirm that you accept our Terms and that you are 18 years or older. Vapora may use third-party providers for age verification checks in compliance with UK law. By placing an order, you consent to such checks.
Supply of Products
While we aim to ensure product availability, we cannot guarantee stock at all times. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you with alternatives or issue a full refund.
Payment
Payments can be made by debit/credit card. All transactions are processed in GBP (£). If your card account is in another currency, charges will be converted at the rate applied by your payment provider. You confirm that the payment method used belongs to you. Orders will only be processed after successful authorisation.
Pricing
All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are added at checkout unless stated as free. Prices may change without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to additional customs duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days where possible. UK orders may be shipped via Royal Mail or other courier services. Orders over £30 within the UK may qualify for free delivery (excluding wholesale). International orders may take up to 25 working days. Vapora is not liable for customs delays. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Incorrect details may result in failed delivery and additional charges.
Customs & Clearance
Customers outside the UK must ensure vaping products are permitted in their country. Import duties, taxes, and local regulations are the customer’s responsibility. Vapora is not liable for seized goods or customs refusal.
Cancellations
To cancel or amend your order, please contact us immediately at support@vapora.co.uk with your order number. If your order has already been dispatched, our Returns Policy will apply.
Returns & Refunds
Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of receipt (excluding e-liquids for hygiene reasons). Customers must contact us prior to returning any product. Refunds will exclude original delivery costs and may be subject to restocking fees. Faulty items will be inspected before a refund or replacement is issued.

Complaints
All complaints should be sent to contact@vapora.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and resolve them within 14 days where possible.
